These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. The relationship between Dubai companies house and you will be that of independent agents, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.
